The (Not So) Average Jane Retreat is a transformative five-day experience for female veterans, offering holistic healing through equine therapy, art, music, and other alternative therapies not typically supported by the VA. Set in a safe, women-centered environment, the retreat fosters connection and healing with others who understand the veteran journey. The next retreat will be held from June 17 – 22, 2025, in Bozeman, Montana, with applications closing on March 15, 2025. To apply, click here.
The Service Academy Days event, hosted by U.S. Senator Steve Daines, will take place on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Gallatin High School in Bozeman, MT. Representatives from Montana’s Congressional Delegation offices and all U.S. service academies—including the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines, and Air Force—will be present to provide information on the application process. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about ROTC programs and the Montana National Guard.
The Patton Veterans Project offers free weekend filmmaking workshops for veterans in Billings and Bozeman, Montana, throughout 2025. These 3-day workshops help veterans create short films while fostering creativity, connection, and mental well-being. Workshops are limited to 18 Veterans, with meals included. Alongside Women’s Veteran and First Responder Outreach are thrilled to bring their first local event to the valley, and it’s all about fencing! In partnership with Bozeman Fencing Association, LLC, they invite all female veterans, first responders, and spouses to an adrenaline-filled day of fun, connection, and community. Whether you’re trying fencing for the first time or just looking for an exciting new experience, this event is for you! This free event is open to veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders. Spouses are encouraged to join—because we are stronger together!

A Night of Hope is a special benefit concert featuring Stephanie Quayle in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This inspiring evening of music and community aims to raise awareness, provide hope, and make a meaningful impact. Doors open at 6 PM, and tickets are just $25—all ages welcome. Together, we can be heroes and help make a difference.
