Rural resource navigator
VNN is hiring a full-time in-person Rural Resource Navigator to serve as a frontline support for veterans and their families across Montana’s rural communities. Working under the supervision of the Rural Resource Coordinator, this contract-funded position focuses on helping veterans access essential services including healthcare navigation, behavioral health supports, benefits and compensation assistance, housing stability resources, employment and education pathways, and community-based referrals. The Rural Resource Navigator also plays an active role in outreach, relationship-building with local partners, program coordination, and maintaining accurate case notes and documentation. Veteran Resource Navigator - MOAT Funded
VNN is hiring a full-time, in-person Veteran Resource Navigator funded by the MTOA Trust. Working under the supervision of the Rural Resource Coordinator, this role focuses on supporting veterans and their families across Montana’s rural communities. Responsibilities include healthcare navigation, behavioral health supports, benefits assistance, housing and employment resources, community referrals, outreach, partner collaboration, and case documentation.
