Rural resource navigator
VNN is hiring a full-time in-person Rural Resource Navigator to serve as a frontline support for veterans and their families across Montana’s rural communities. Working under the supervision of the Rural Resource Coordinator, this contract-funded position focuses on helping veterans access essential services including healthcare navigation, behavioral health supports, benefits and compensation assistance, housing stability resources, employment and education pathways, and community-based referrals. The Rural Resource Navigator also plays an active role in outreach, relationship-building with local partners, program coordination, and maintaining accurate case notes and documentation.
