A collaboration between Whole Health and Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV), to promote self-care and wellness while connecting Veterans experiencing homelessness with essential supportive services.

Sign up to walk a 2K, which takes most participants 15 minutes (1.2 miles).
New Donations for Homeless Veterans is encouraged (but not required).
